Once your new tenant(s) is secured I then introduce you to your tenant(s) so that you can establish your business relationship, collect and lodge the bond and then step out so that you can manage and maintain your residential property without any on-going fees – saving you money! As a successful landlord and Director of Landlord Services Pty Ltd, I understand people and the importance of following a thorough screening process to find the most suitable tenant(s) in the fastest possible time frame. Once the tenant moves in I monitor the tenancy for 3 months to ensure a smooth transition.
